Our operations team
To provide physiotherapy services that exceed expectations, the Physio2U therapists are supported by an operations team. This includes management and administrative staff with a variety of skill sets. The operations team acts with compassion, ensures provision of excellent customer service and creates a culture of continuous improvement so we can better help you.
Kim Hall, Founder & Director of Clinical Operations
Kim graduated with honours as a physiotherapist from Queen’s University in 2005. After establishing her career at Vancouver Coastal Health and gaining extensive experience in acute care, orthopaedics and stroke recovery, Kim decided to help people who needed rehabilitation the most due to their limited mobility. She created a unique model of physiotherapy service provision including one-hour, 1:1 sessions that include hands-on-treatment, education and exercise prescription based on movement pattern retraining. The Physio2U approach appreciates and understands that the clinician-client relationship is fundamental to recovery and feeling better.
Since the start of Physio2U in early 2012, it has grown to the largest in-home physiotherapy company in Western Canada. Kim is a strong believer in life-long learning. Through the University of British Columbia, Kim has mentored internationally trained physiotherapists and has completed a pilot study on an exercise program she helped create specific to people recovering from joint replacement surgery. She is an active member of the provincial Arthritis Continuing Education (ACE) Network, national Arthritis Health Professions Association (AHPA), Physiotherapy Association of BC and the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. In April 2016, she was appointed to the Board of Directors of the College of Physical Therapists of BC and sits on the Inquiry Committee.
Aishalyn Sayer, Therapist Support Manager
Aishalyn joins the Physio2U team with over 13 years of experience as an Executive Assistant for a publicly traded company with operations all over the world. Communication, confidentiality, attention to detail and problem solving are among her strong suits and she is enthusiastic about bringing her expertise into this new role and empowering lives within the Physio2U team and for clients. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family including her common-law partner, young daughter, and two long-haired miniature dachshunds. She looks forward to empowering her family’s life and sharing her passions of caring for others, animal welfare, world travel, and great restaurants.
Natalie Grant, Clinical Educator
Natalie graduated from McMaster University with a Master of Physiotherapy in 2004. She describes the most satisfying part of being a physiotherapist as witnessing one of her clients regain the ability to participate in something important in their lives. As Clinical Educator of the Physio2U Team, she ensures excellence in quality care provision and supports the therapists with regular inservices to ensure the best evidence-informed, up-to-date treatment methods are used. Natalie holds a certificate in Anatomical Acupuncture Certified by the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute (CAFCI) and is a member of the provincial Arthritis Continuing Education (ACE) network. She has many interests as a physiotherapist that have taken her from hospital work (strokes, orthopaedic surgery, ICU, palliative care), publicly-funded community programs, private orthopaedic clinics (total joint rehabilitation, manual therapy), arthritis research, and mentoring Family Practice residents. She also works as an Instructor and the Coordinator of Musculoskeletal Curriculum in the Department of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia.
