During your at-home physiotherapy session we’ll spend one-hour with you treating your condition and showing you exercises you can do in your home to help alleviate your symptoms. Many of our patients find physiotherapy at-home makes keeping up with your physio exercises much easier because you’ll receive a demonstration of how to perform them accurately and safely in your home until your next appointment.

Avneet’s Story – Through personal experience, Avneet grew curious about how the body heals. She chose to pursue a career in physiotherapy to help other people recover from their injuries. Avneet takes an active, hands-on approach to helping people recover including joint mobilizations, soft tissue release and therapeutic exercises. She appreciates the opportunity in treating clients one-on-one in their homes to improve their overall quality of life. Avneet is fluent English and Punjabi.

Rashmi’s Story – Growing up in a family of physiotherapists, Rashmi enjoyed hearing about the amazing work her family members did to bring positive changes to their client’s lives. This knowledge at a young age inspired Rashmi to follow in her family’s footsteps and become a physiotherapist herself. Rashmi has over 20 years experience, treating a variety of conditions and injuries in hospitals, long term care homes, retirement homes and clinics. Rashmi strives to listen and understand her client’s needs to ensure they have the right tools to achieve enjoyable daily living. She treats her clients with an emphasis on functional outcomes. Rashmi is fluent in Hindi.
