During your at-home physiotherapy session we’ll spend one-hour with you treating your condition and showing you exercises you can do in your home to help alleviate your symptoms. Many of our patients find physiotherapy at-home makes keeping up with your physio exercises much easier because you’ll receive a demonstration of how to perform them accurately and safely in your home until your next appointment.

Hussam has been working with my grandma for years. Because of him, she has been able to continue living at home and being as independent as possible. Although, there has been some inevitable decline, it has been slow and not debilitating. She keeps consistent with her exercises and is more confident to walk outside with her walker. Hussam helped my mom (Debbie) through not one, but two, knee replacements. Both surgeries were successful and her rehab rigorous! She is now walking, driving, enjoying time with her grandson and even mowing the lawn! It was great to have the convenience of having someone come to the house and guide my through the early days - building her confidence early was such a key to her success.
