Physio2U offers Virtual Visits throughout British Columbia. In addition to being skilled at decreasing general aches and pains, our expert physiotherapists specialize in treating people struggling with mobility and strength issues due to trauma, surgery or chronic health conditions.

How does payment work?
At the time of booking, your invoicing method will be customized to suit you. Invoices and receipts are sent via email or mail. Payment is accepted by:
– e-transfer
– cheque or
– credit card (VISA or Mastercard).
Credit card payment can be made online over the phone with one of our Care Coordinators. You do not need to pay the therapist at the time of the visit.
What’s the cancellation policy?
In order to provide impartial and efficient services to all of our clients, it is important that you provide more than 24 hours notice for cancellation of an appointment. If you cancel your appointment by phone or email in less than 24 hours, you will be charged a $87.50 fee for in-person appointments, or a $30 fee for virtual visits. If no notice of cancellation is provided, in that the therapist arrives for your appointment and you are not present or decline treatment, this is considered a no-show and the full appointment fee will be charged. After 3 late cancellations in a row, we may discontinue treatment.  Please be aware that insurance companies will not pay the cancellation fee.
Please note there is a $35 fee for any NSF cheques.

How much coverage do I have through my extended benefits?
Extended health insurance providers provide a portion or full reimbursement for physical therapy services, when provided by a Registered Physiotherapist. We are able to directly bill most insurance companies including, Pacific Blue Cross, Green Shield, Canada Life, and Manulife Financial. Be sure to have your insurance policy information handy at the time of booking. We also bill the following organizations directly, upon approval with the appropriate claim number:
- ICBC (no user fee)
- Veterans Affairs Canada
- WorkSafe BC
- At Home Program (Ministry of Children and Family Development)
Does MSP cover anything?
Please note that Physio2U offers services on a private basis, meaning that our services are not normally covered by MSP funding. However, if your family income is less than approximately $30,000 per year, you may be eligible for MSP Premium Assistance:
Under MSP Premium Assistance, you will receive $23 towards each physiotherapy treatment, up to a limit of 10 treatments per year. Please note that these 10 visits are shared amongst all paramedical services which include acupuncture, massage therapy, naturopathy, chiropractic, and non-surgical podiatry. Physio2U will provide you with the required forms for reimbursement once we have received your full payment for each treatment.
